Children thrive with predictable routines. Our daily schedule balances structured learning, creative play, outdoor time, meals, and rest.

Our Daily Routine

A consistent schedule helps the day run smoothly and allows children to complete goals and anticipate what comes next. While we make every effort to follow our written schedule, we also leave room to make adjustments based on the children's needs and interests, as well as the weather.

The following is our daily routine, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
7:00 AM

Daycare Opens

Children arrive and are welcomed into a warm, friendly environment.

8:00 AM

Breakfast

A nutritious breakfast is served. Children practice self-help skills and table manners.

8:40 AM

School-Age Drop-Off

School-age children are dropped off before heading to school.

9:30 AM

Educational Learning Time

Structured learning activities aligned with our curriculum and weekly theme.

10:30 AM

Snack Time

A healthy morning snack to re-energize and refocus.

10:50 AM

Educational Learning Time

Continued curriculum activities — art, science, literacy, or math.

11:35 AM

Movement / Inside or Outside Play

Active play time — outdoors when weather permits, or indoor movement activities.

12:05 PM

Clean-Up

Children help tidy up and practice responsibility and teamwork.

12:15 PM

Lunch

A balanced, home-cooked lunch is served family style.

12:55 PM

Circle Time — Games, Puzzles, Songs & Stories

A fun group activity to wind down before rest time.

1:00 PM

Naptime / Rest Time

Younger children nap; older children enjoy quiet activities.

3:00 PM

Wake-Up Time

Children wake up refreshed and ready for the afternoon.

3:30 PM

Snack Time

An afternoon snack to fuel the rest of the day.

3:45 PM

Movement / Inside or Outside Play

Second active play session — outdoor exploration or indoor movement.

4:15 PM

Group Activities / Personal Time

Group projects, free choice, or one-on-one time with the provider.

5:00 PM

Clean-Up / Dismissal

Children help tidy up and are signed out by authorized adults.

Note: Schedule may vary slightly based on children's needs, weather, special events, and holidays. Parents will be notified of any significant changes to the daily routine.
